Free standard shipping (2–4 business days) over £125. Orders under £125: £5.95. Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £6.49. 30-day returns - keep store credit and we'll waive the return fee. Refunds incur a £7 per item return fee.
Returns:
We offer 30-day returns from the date your order ships. Refunds can be made to the original payment method with a £7.00 shipping fee per item. Opt for store credit, and we'll waive the return fee.
Care:
Wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth after each wear and allow to air dry away from direct heat. For deeper marks, use a leather-specific cleaner - avoid household detergents. Apply a leather conditioner every four to six weeks to keep the surface supple. Store in the dust bag provided, stuffed lightly with tissue to hold their shape.
Warranty:
Every pair of Black Tulip shoes is backed by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, usage-related damage, and improper care are not covered. To make a claim, email customercare@blacktulipstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We'll respond within two working days.
Care FAQs:
Can I wear them in the rain?
Light rain is fine. Wipe them dry when you get indoors and let them air naturally. Avoid prolonged soaking or puddle-walking.
How do I remove scuff marks?
Removing scuff marks depends on your shoe's material. For smooth leather or rubber soles, gently scrub with a damp cloth. For suede, use a specialized suede eraser or a soft brush.
Will the leather stretch?
Slightly. The leather moulds to your foot shape over the first few wears - this is normal and improves the fit. The memory foam/ PU insole also settles to your footbed within the first week.
How should I store them between seasons?
Clean them first, apply conditioner, stuff lightly with acid-free tissue, and store in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking shoes on top of each other.

I loved the forest green willow trainers, alas, had to return as they were too slim fitting for my feet. Such a pity as they are beautifully made and the packaging is luxurious. Great company sales - I hope I can find a wider trainer at Black Tulip.

Gorgeous trainers - I'm over 55 and not a fan of the look of sporty trainers but now really needed a comfortable flat. Was attracted to these initially because of the leather detailing and the neutral colour pallette, but now I've worn them the flexible sole and ballet-pump level comfort makes me love them even more! Great with jeans and black leather trousers and really lightweight and neat so they will become my everyday and citybreak essential this Autumn/Winter.

First time buying this brand and have yet to wear my trainers, but love how they look and feel on my feet. I’m somewhere between a size European size 37 and UK 38 and found the 38s were the perfect fit. Beautiful, just slightly to long in the foot
Lovely colour and design. The trainers look stylish overall, but the downside is that they’re a little baggy around the sides, which makes the feet look wider than they actually are.
The trainers are gorgeous looking, materials seem high quality, I have not worn them yet to check the comfort of a day walking. However I tried them on and they only get 4 stars because they are bigger/longer than a true size 3/36 EU. I will need to buy a leather insole to fit them properly I gather.
I was slightly disappointed that there was more textile than I expected. I had been searching for an all leather or suede shoe & thought I’d found them. They looked good though so I did try them on. They looked long & they were too long in the toe. There was too much space & I’m sure they would crease badly because of it. I have returned them. I’m not trying the smaller size. Because of the high ‘handling fee’ I did consider asking friends if they wanted them.
Thd trainers were lovejy but a bit on the small side for me so I’m returning them
Not as nice as the pictures on the website but very comfortable.
These look quite different in person and a less pretty colour. But very comfortable.
I loved the style, colour and quality of the trainer. Unfortunately the fit was very strange for me - too narrow at the front of my foot and gaping at the top 😕 so I had to return them. Will definitely by another pair but will try a different style next time
