Care:
Wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth after each wear and allow to air dry away from direct heat. For deeper marks, use a leather-specific cleaner - avoid household detergents. Apply a leather conditioner every four to six weeks to keep the surface supple. Store in the dust bag provided, stuffed lightly with tissue to hold their shape.
Warranty:
Every pair of Black Tulip shoes is backed by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, usage-related damage, and improper care are not covered. To make a claim, email customercare@blacktulipstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We'll respond within two working days.
Care FAQs:
Can I wear them in the rain?
Light rain is fine. Wipe them dry when you get indoors and let them air naturally. Avoid prolonged soaking or puddle-walking.
How do I remove scuff marks?
Removing scuff marks depends on your shoe's material. For smooth leather or rubber soles, gently scrub with a damp cloth. For suede, use a specialized suede eraser or a soft brush.
Will the leather stretch?
Slightly. The leather moulds to your foot shape over the first few wears - this is normal and improves the fit. The memory foam/ PU insole also settles to your footbed within the first week.
How should I store them between seasons?
Clean them first, apply conditioner, stuff lightly with acid-free tissue, and store in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking shoes on top of each other.

Wow! I thought these sneakers looked smart and I wear a lot of green clothes, so it really was a no brainer. When they arrived my husband had to put the sneaker on my prosthetic foot then off I went. Hi , Well I love the trainers , the quality the style !!, but I do have a problem, my left foot the Achilles has collapsed,also have a large boney bump in the top of my foot, so I took out the blue insole , then I could actually get my foot in , that,s worked, now I’m deciding if they are comfortable,Ha so I’m desperately trying to keep them , so Will have to see. Delivery and service excellent.
The trainers arrived and didn’t disappoint on style and comfort. Came with inner soles and a lovely designed shoe bag . The only thing was that weren’t true to size which was a little disappointing as they are sold out of the size down . They are heavier than most trainers but would have overlooked that as they are made beautifully and look great !

The Arbi sneakers are exceptionally well made. I have the Forest Green model which is trimmed with black. The two colour design is really lovely - it is stylish, chic and subtle. Being small in height, I love the fact that these sneakers give me some added height due to the heel elevation. I haven't yet worn them a full day but I anticipate they will be very comfortable.

Gorgeous comfortable, trainers. Love them. True to size and look fabulous. I have a lot of trainers and I think these are defo in my top 5 ! They are quite expensive but overall well worth the price.
As others commented, the sizing is generous. I often need to go up to a 7.5 but the size 7 was perfectly comfortable and roomy.. Lovely trainers, if I could afford another pair in a different colour, I would buy definitely buy another pair in a different colour.
